Order Cancellation Policy

1. Pre-Delivery Cancellations
  • Orders can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time
  • No cancellation fees apply for pre-delivery cancellations
  • Cancellations must be made through our customer service team

2. Late Cancellations
  • Cancellations made less than 2 hours before delivery may incur a 25% processing fee
  • Orders already in transit cannot be cancelled

  • Seasonal or limited availability products may have restricted cancellation policies

Refund Process

Quality Issues and Returns
